FBLA Shine at State Leadership Conference

FBLA earns medals and awards at the 2-day NHFBLA State Leadership Conference held on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

Deepasha Giri ran an excellent campaign to run for a position on the NHFBLA State Officer team.  She was elected by delegates from the 25 high schools in attendance.  Her state project for the 24-25 school year involves improving the culture in schools.

Deepasha also won 1st place in her competitive event, Introduction to Public Speaking.

Prakriti Ghalley and Nishta Prasai also won 1st place in their team event, Website Design.

Our chapter also won 2 awards:

State Chairperson's Award (completed the required number of State projects)

2nd Place, Threads of Hope (State officer project)

Our students represented West with poise and grace.  It was a fun conference.  We appreciate the support we received from the faculty (game donations) and the Blue Knight Foundation.
