If you are having your picture taken for the first time because you were absent on Picture Day, have your photo taken on Retake Day and you will receive your phphoto proof after the event!
If you received your picture package and are unsatisfied, just return your package & proof sheet to the photographers on Retake Day and have your photo retaken.
