MANCHESTER – On Monday, 40 student athletes from Manchester School District were recognized at the annual NHIAA and NHADA Scholar Athlete Awards Ceremony.
In order to be recognized as a Scholar Athlete, students must be nominated by their principal based on criteria including:
B+ or equivalent grade point average
Letter and be currently active in at least two varsity sports
Participate in community service activities
Serve as a role model for peers
Gov. Chris Sununu addressed award winners during the ceremony on Monday. All students will be invited to a future Board of School Committee meeting for recognition. Recipients of the 2024 Student Athlete Awards include:
