The purpose of this RFP is to explore the options available to the Manchester School District (“District”) for bringing its 403 (b) program into compliance. The District is requesting a proposal from qualified, professional Third Party Administrators (“TPA”) or Full Service Providers (“FSP”) to bring the program into compliance and operate the program in the future. Printer Inventory

Because of network or printer configuration issues about 10% of our printers are not on this list.

The Manchester School District has about 200 laser printers at 24 locations in the city. Average monthly printing is around 180,000 pages B/W and 5,000 pages color. This volume is greatly reduced during the summer months and partially reduced during months with large amount of school vacation.
