Resource Room

The Resource Room at Hillside Middle School is designed to assist in meeting the needs of students' indivdual plans(IEP).Classes are structured to assist students in reading, writing and arithmetic. Class time is used in helping students with their core academics including projects and assignments. Reading S.O.S (Lexia) is a computerized reading program for older students which focuses on phonemic awareness. The Accelerated Math Program is a computerized Math program that assists students in increasing their individual math abilities.
