What’s Happening
March, 2010
*Monday the 1st - students and staff return - WELCOME BACK
*Thursday the 11th - PTG meeting at 6:30 pm in our library.
All are welcome!
*Saturday the 13th - Our school wide spelling bee champion, Jesse Philbin, from Mr. Ryder’s class, will represent Green Acres School in the Regional Spelling Bee. GOOD LUCK JESSE !
*Tuesday the 16th - Two students from Green Acres School,
Elizabeth Marcouillier and Jonathan Casoni will lead the Pledge of Allegiance at the Aldermanic Meeting. These two deserving students were chosen as a result of their perfect scores on the State NECAP Test!
*Friday the 19th - Last day of the 2nd trimester.
*Monday the 22nd thru Friday the 26th - Our wonderful PTG will sponsor and co-ordinate a Scholastic Book Fair. Watch for details coming home soon.
*Monday the 29th - Report cards for the 2nd trimester will be sent home with the students. As always, if you have questions or concerns, please contact your child’s teacher.
