Green Acres School PTG

invites you to participate in our Fall Fundraiser. Genevieve’s, an established New England company that supplies Pier 1 Imports with gift-wrap, offers distinctive products of exceptional quality from companies such as Crabtree & Evelyn, Hebert Candies, Disney, Pioneer Valley Candles, 2006 American Greetings Calendars, Magazines and Boston Coffee Cakes. Over 100 items are made in New England.

DELIVERY:         NOVEMBER 15, 2005   

Traditional Catalog Sale-

1. Checks payable to Green Acres School PTG
2. Fill out form completely! Return yellow and white copies with payment to school by October 3rd.  You may send in your order early if completed.  Additional order forms can be found in the school office
3. Keep pink copy of Order Form and catalogs! You will need them to distribute orders.

Internet Orders and Direct Shipment to “Out-of-Town” Supporters-

1. Log on to www.genevieves.com. Enter our school account number:1359, child’s name, teacher and grade details on the “my account information” page.
2. Internet orders will be accepted through May 2006 and our school will receive the profit. Those internet orders received by the sale end date and which include the student’s name will be included in the prize determination.
