QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/MA Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years successful, progressive experience in school Human Resources, or comparable experience.
  • Sound understanding and working knowledge of school law, collective bargaining, and labor relations.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships with all members of the organization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct responsibility to plan and coordinate all functions of the Human Resources Department, including: employee relations; labor relations; benefits; recruitment and selection; classification and salary administration; safety; training and fair employment; ensure compliance with Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title IX; and to work with unions to ensure proper execution of collective bargaining agreements.

CONTRACT YEAR: 230 days

Director, Food & Nutrition Services

  • Experience in multiple-location Food Service Management.
  • Ability to strategize, develop and implement food service plans and procedures across the district.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, develop, and coordinate all aspects of the district School Food and Nutrition program, providing each student in the District with food of nutritious quality in an atmosphere of cleanliness and personal caring within budgetary guidelines. Long term substitute teachers must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and a NH teacher certification or a Statement of Eligibility (SOE). Employment as a long term substitute teacher under a SOE requires a fee payable to the NH Department of Education upon hire

SALARY: $75 per day (Short Term) / Per Diem Rate dependent on experience (Long Term)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

WORK YEAR: School year, 180 days

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in American Sign Language, practical experience in the use of sign language and ability to instruct deaf and hard of hearing students in school curricular assignments. Certification by NH Registry of Interpreters preferred.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides sign language interpreting in school classroom environment for deaf and hard of hearing students. Performs individual and group tutoring. May assist classroom teacher in completing reports and records.
