The Manchester School District's 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) afterschool program envisions a community where all students are inspired to reach their full potential academically, socially and personally through the support of the program, families, and the community.
In order to achieve this end, we are committed to providing an affordable, secure, and safe environment where children:
