12. The newly renovated cafeteria seats approximately 833

13. The seating capacity of the newly refurbished McAllaster Hall is 1,247, with 402 of those seats in the balcony

14. From the cafeteria:

28 gallons of milk a day are sold
1,000 slices of pizza are sold each day
100 bread sticks are eaten per day
215 bagels are purchased per day (25% plain; 75% with cream cheese)

there are 18 staff members in the cafe

15. We fill 3 dumpsters a week
