MANCHESTER CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION INFORMATION

June 16,2005

Congratulations Seniors!

1.   Arrive at Verizon by 5:30 and enter at Employee Entrance, Spruce Street side with your Cap and Gown ONLY! No purses, cameras, backpacks, water bottles, balloons, flowers, water guns, inflatables, pens, markers, noisemakers or beach balls per Verizon Security! You will be asked to return such items to your cars. Cap and Gown only.

2.    Proceed to your designated line-up, Spruce Street or Lake Ave. There are many teachers in the line-up area to assist you. Do not visit the main floor of the Verizon.

3.    Ceremony begins at 6:30 PM sharp and we will march in to our assigned seats.

4.    During all speeches and especially reading of graduates' names, your cooperation is necessary so everyone can hear speeches and names of graduates. It's a matter of respect and courtesy.

5.    Should the reading of your name be out of order, look around and allow the person called to go ahead of you to receive the blank diploma. Just wait for your name to be called before going forward to receive the blank diploma.

6.    Mayor Baines, assisted by Mr. Clemons will distribute Spruce St. diplomas. Mrs. Leslee Stewart, assisted by Mr. Mailhot will distribute Lake Ave diplomas. Accept diploma with your left hand and shake with right hand. SMILE!

7.    Please proceed down the stairs and back to your seat. At the end of diploma distribution, Heema will instruct you to move tassels from right to left. We sing Alma Mater before marching out!

8.    You will then leave, row-by-row, beginning with the first row, to go to the diploma tables out back. Spruce St. to your right and Lake Ave. to your left. GOWN MUST TURNED IN TO THE TEACHERS AT YOUR DIPLOMA TABLE; OTHERWISE, NO DIPLOMA; NO EXCEPTIONS! See backside of this sheet for your diploma table assignment. If your diploma is not at the designated table, see Mrs. Naccach-Hoff or Mrs. Fallu. It may be necessary for you to come to the Main Office on Thursday to resolve a diploma problem with Mrs. Spiro.

ITS BEEN A PLEASURE HAVING YOU AT

CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL! WE WILL MISS YOU...CONGRATULATIONS!
