Beginning Instrumental Program

The Beginning Instrumental Program is a wonderful opportunity for our Beech Street students. Mr. Tim Russell will introduce students in grades 3, 4,and 5 to the violin viola, and cello. The lessons are provided free of charge, in once a week, thirty minute sessions. The program continues into the middle and high schools.

To participate in this program your child is required to have her/his own instrument. Instruments may be rented at any one of several music stores. String students perform for family and friends at end of year assemblies and our Beechfest celebration. Instruction starts the first week of October and continues until the end of the school year.
